Work with me

AI that fits how your team already works.

We set it up around your real work, your team learns it, and it keeps running after I’m gone.

The main thing

One AI setup for your whole team

From $2,500

Scoped in full before we start, so the number doesn’t move once we’re underway.

Everyone on your team is using AI. They’re just not on the same page. We clean up what’s already there, bring together what’s scattered across people and platforms, and set up what’s missing, so it all works from one solid foundation.

Usually two to four weeks. Here’s what’s included:

  • Workflow diagnosis and AI mappingWe look at how the work moves through your business today and find the places where AI genuinely earns its keep. Just as importantly, the places it doesn’t.
  • Team training and setupGetting everyone on one shared approach instead of six people quietly doing six different things and none of it compounding.
  • Tool and platform setupSkills, Projects, scheduled tasks, and connectors that make it work consistently. Set up once, documented, handed over.
  • A specific problem you already know aboutSometimes you don’t need a diagnosis. You know exactly what’s broken and want someone to sit down and fix it with you.

Agents, memory, custom builds

Two ways to set up AI for your team.

You don’t need to build agents to get real value from AI. Most teams haven’t come close to what the tools they already pay for can do.

Your team works in Claude or ChatGPT

Best for most teams, especially when people have different jobs and there’s no builder on staff.

  • One department at a time, in working sessions
  • We find out which tools everyone has and turn how you already work into shared skills
  • People build what they need for their own job
  • Everything lives in one place, so you can see what your team is using

A custom build

Best for a lean team that wants to be AI-first from day one and knows exactly what it wants.

  • Your own server, agents and company-wide memory
  • The company controls everything
  • You pay for the build and for someone to keep it running
  • I bring in a builder I work with, so you’re not starting over

Not sure which one? Ask yourself: who fixes it when it breaks? If you have that person, building is an option. If you don’t, the tools you already pay for will take you a long way.

Most teams start in Claude or ChatGPT and only add a custom build where they hit a wall.

The promise

You should never be stuck with me.

Most AI consulting is built on dependency. Someone sets up a system only they understand, then bills you monthly to keep it breathing.

Everything I build gets documented and handed over. Your team learns how it works and why it was built that way. When the engagement ends, it ends, and the thing keeps running without me.

The one exception is a custom build. That needs someone to keep it running, so it comes with ongoing support from the builder I bring in. You’ll know that going in.

A lot of clients do come back, usually for something new. AI keeps changing and so does your business. The difference is that it’s a decision you make when you’re ready, not one the setup made for you.

Before you book

What this isn’t.

  • Done-for-youI won’t run your AI for you. I set it up so your people can, which is the only version that survives contact with a busy week. I don’t build software myself. When a custom build is the right call, I bring in a builder I work with.
  • A monthly retainerEngagements have an end date. I’m happy to come back for something new, but you won’t be paying me to stay in the background. The exception is a custom build, which needs ongoing support to keep running.
  • SoftwareThere’s nothing to buy from me. Ever. Whatever we use, you own the relationship with directly.
  • A courseNo modules, no homework, no certification at the end. This is work done on your actual business.

Fit

Who this is for.

Women who lead small teams, somewhere around three to twenty-five people. You own the business, or you’re the one running operations or marketing. Service businesses, family-owned businesses, agencies and consultancies, nonprofits with a real budget, and companies in industries like mining and healthcare. Your team is already using AI. It’s just not going anywhere yet. You’re not a skeptic and you’re not a beginner. Nobody’s shown you where to point it.

Plenty of people outside that description hire me and it works out fine. It’s just not who I’m writing for.

Where I’m not the right fit: solo founders without a team, large organizations, government agencies, developer tooling, or anyone who wants a consultant to own this long-term. If that’s you, I’ll say so on the call rather than take the work.

Next step

Every engagement starts the same way: a thirty-minute conversation.

Free, and genuinely not a sales call. If I’m not the right person for what you’re dealing with, I’ll tell you that and point you somewhere better.
